A Year Of Ariv In Basel: A Coliving Journey

It's been an incredible journey for Ariv in Basel! As a coliving provider, we've had the privilege of creating unique living experiences for our residents in this vibrant Swiss city. Let's take a look back at the past year and also share some exciting news.

CREATING EXCEPTIONAL LIVING SPACES

From the outset, our goal has been to redefine urban living by offering thoughtfully designed apartments, that foster a sense of community and well-being. Our apartments in Basel have been carefully curated with high-quality furnishings and modern amenities. We believe that a place to live is not just a physcial space but a canvas for creating memories and connections.

THRIVING COMMUNITY

One of the most rewarding aspects of our journey in Basel has been watching our community grow. Our residents have embraced the concept of coliving, forming bonds that go beyond sharing a space. We’ve seen friendships forged, creative collaborations born, and a genuine sense of belonging develop among our residents. This sense of community is at the heart of what we do.

LOOKING TO THE FUTURE: EXPANSION IN ZUG

We are expanding to Zug!

The Building and Design are currently in full-swing. The new location in canton Zug will offer 71 high-quality apartments in a community-focused environment. The apartments in Zug provide a wide range of options, from one-bedroom units to spacious two and three-bedroom apartments, all of which come fully furnished and include additional services. Our Zug location boasts a comprehensive set of amenities, including a gym, cinema, coworking space, meeting room, rooftop, and comprehensive various communal areas. Just like in Basel, we will continue to introduce our new members to Swiss life through our serviced-furnished apartments and community program, making it easier for them to start afresh in Switzerland and immediately feel at home. The new location holds significant promise, as Zug is home to a multitude of multinational corporations and enjoys close proximity to Zurich. We can’t wait to welcome new residents and see the unique community that will undoubtedly thrive there.
